The HDMI Forum Working Groups consist of the Marketing Working Group (MWG) and Technical Working Group (TWG) which are tasked with developing the marketing requirements and technical specifications for the next generation HDMI interface. From time to time, the Working Groups may establish sub groups to work on specific tasks assigned by the Working Group. Participation in the Working Groups are open to all member companies and Working Group chairs and vice chairs are elected by the Working Group membership.
